How to fix popup blocking in DOCUTRACK

If a user reports that printing documents just takes them back to the document listing screen.

 

1. Click the 3 dots in the top right toolbar and Choose Settings

2. Scroll down and click Advanced

3. Under Private and Security, Click Content Settings

4. Click Pop-ups and redirects

5. Click Add next to Allow

6. Type in [*.]docutrack.app for the Site, and click Save

7. Then re-try printing the document by going back to the Customer Forms list

8. It should open a new tab with the printable document in it
