How do I find a NMEDA Label Reporting Form that was previously submitted?

- Select “Completed Installations” from the “Jobs” drop-down menu
- Search for the job in question

To search by name or job number, select the filter icon to the right of the heading by which you want to search

Select the search criteria such as “Is Equal To, Starts With, Contains…”

Enter the search information below the search criteria

Select “Filter”

- Select the “Details” button for the job you wish to view
- In the “Installation Details” box, select the “NMEDA Reports” tab
- Select the “View Report” button
