How do I find detail for a job previously submitted, a completed job?

  • Select “Completed Installations” from the “Jobs” drop-down menu
  • Search for the job in question
    • To search by name or job number, select the filter icon to the right of the heading by which you want to search
    • Select the search criteria such as “Is Equal To, Starts With, Contains…”
    • Enter the search information below the search criteria
    • Select “Filter”
  • Select the Job # for details about that job
    • Customer detail, vehicle detail, parts detail, job number, NMEDA label number, pass-through info
  • Select the “Details” button for additional information
  • Within the “Installation Details” box, there are four tabs
    • Basic Info
      • Basic job information
    • Install Points
      • View/Print Critical Installation Points, CIP’s, photos, date of installation and technician information
    • Inspection Points
      • View/Print Secondary Inspection Points, SIP’s, date of inspections and technician information
    • NMEDA Reports
      • View/print the NMEDA Label Reporting Form
